Extremely disappointing customer careExtremely disappointing customer care. I had ordered (Ordered ID: 104569766) two puma shoes but received only one. When complained the customer care said they can't help because they cannot find any fault at there end and the order was correctly packed and dispatched from warehouse and was delivered without damage. It's not Rs. 100- Rs. 200 footwear, it costs thousands of rupees and to bear a loss/fraud this huge from a reputed brand is highly highly disappointing. Awful customer service!!Returned items over a month ago now and still no refund! After multiple emails and speaking to someone directly I was sent an email over a week ago informing me my refund had been processed....still not in my account. I’ve had 2 bad experiences lately with…I’ve had 2 bad experiences lately with puma. The first was a cancelled order without any notification. Took 3 weeks to have my money returned after questioning a week later on where my order was. Second was a refund on a return. Took a month after constant calls & emails to get my funds back after puma had confirmed that they would return it to me. Would not use again . Just awfulJust awful. Took far too long to dispatch an item which was then sent by the worst courier in the UK (Hermes/Evri). I sent an email on the 11th asking where my item was and received a reply over two weeks later. Thankfully I ordered well and n advance of Christmas so received the order in time to gift. Where have all the T7s gone?!Excellent service and products but annoyed that I cannot get the bottoms for my 2 T7 track tops anywhere. The T7 range is so difficult to differentiate when ordering and also difficult to define whether the fabric is the heavier type of the cheaper feeling thin type. The T7 tracksuit I ordered was too thin and was not up to the original T7 standard and felt cheap compared to the ones I have already. Please address this and re-stock the original T7 range!
