Thieves among us. Sadly I can’t rate them negativeSadly I can’t rate them negative. Renovating a house and bought many items. The first we opened was a foyer fan with light kit. Too bad no kit. Returned it and checked the only box slightly applicable and paid $22.28 for a return label but in the comments gave my explanation and said I should not be charged for their error. Received a notice today that I got my refund - minus $50+!!! I spent 30 + minutes on live chat only to be told “too bad” in so many words. Nice rep (Hunter) but too bad. Not explanation why they charged me $30+ for the prior discount. WHAT??? After reviewing these reviews how are they able to be in business??? Never again. And I will definitely dispute the charge. One of the worstOne of the worst. All they’re missing are a mask and a gun. Spent over $200 on a combination ceiling fan and lights combined except they neglected to include the lights. Good experienceI came here to leave a review for Overstock after my recent positive experience with them and I'm shocked to see all the negative reviews! I'm kinda glad I didn't see those reviews before I made my purchase with Overstock. I ordered a dining table and it was delivered to me with the tabletop broken in half (probably the fault of the shipping company). I contacted Overstock right away and after several emails back and forth with the Oversize department, they shipped me a new identical table. Their name should be Overpriced, not OverstockedEvery time I look at Overstock, then search for the same thing, I find it less elsewhere. Copy and paste the heading of the item and search it. EVERY TIME you can find it for less. They are by far the less priced for same item. Same thing with Overstock. Don't be duped by the commercials and name. I contacted Overstock and was told I could print off return labels at a cost of $47.00 to return my items.I contacted Overstock to return an item that wasn’t as represented. I was told I could print return off return shipping labels, however they were going to charge me $47.00 for shipping on a item that cost only $51.00. In the past they were my number One…In the past they were my number One retailer when I bought Persian rugs, and home decorations as well as bedding and even clothes. I highly recommend it but I am not sure now that Walmart and Target took over how their business is going as the competition must be high. Fantastic dealsFantastic deals! Fantastic delivery service! Fantastic furniture! This was a bargain and the quality and style and customer service and support was excellent. The furniture was from Belleze and the reseller was One Big Outlet - and everyone was great about the products and customer support. They had a helpful credit card service that provided a great deal for financing as well. Definitely a vendor I will look to purchasing through for future furniture needs. Art. TreeWell so far everything's great. We got the product a day early we got the right product and it is an artificial tree and even though we haven't opened it yet to its fullness it looks like it's going to be a pretty full little tree like what we wanted. Liked the product, but I will never order again!!I gave it three stars because I really liked the product that I ordered from overstock.com, but the item was delivered damaged and I literally had to run from post to post after submitting my request for a replacement. The communication was broken and there is no ownership from Overstock.com to resolve the issue and you are being left at the mercy of the vendor to get a resolution. I should have listened to some of the recent reviews of this vendor from other customers regarding the product quality and shipment issues.
